Emerge Cooma Terrace Townhouses - a fresh perspective on sub-tropical residential design

A stunning video commissioned by our client and collaborator Arcadian Developments tells the design story of Emerge, four luxury townhouses in Caloundra designed by Open Architecture Studio with Jasper Brown Architects. Spectacular aerial footage shows how Emerge responds to its context and draws inspiration from the surrounding landscape. We’re proud to have delivered a residential model that takes full advantage of the site and the sub-tropical climate.
