Designed to be a premier mixed-use precinct, our proposal for the North Lakes Town Centre is a distinctive, project-specific response to a unique site, client vision and community context. Every element has been carefully crafted to address the environmental, cultural and commercial aspirations of this rapidly growing region — resulting in a destination that could only exist here.
The architectural scheme seamlessly blends hospitality, retail, wellness, and commerce into a vibrant community hub, defined by a modern subtropical aesthetic that embraces the Queensland climate with cascading greenery, garden pavilions, and open-air terraces connecting distinct zones throughout the development.
At the heart of the destination lies a landmark Tavern and entertainment precinct, featuring extensive internal and external beer gardens, bistros, and a dedicated stage for live events. Rising above the podium is a contemporary 132-room hotel, offering sophisticated accommodation with a grand lobby and direct access to the precinct's amenities, including a resort style pool and deck.
The ground plane is activated by a curated retail environment, anchored by a fresh produce market and boutique supermarket, alongside a diverse array of high-end dining and restaurant options. A dedicated Wellness Centre, resort-style pool and spa, and Cinema Square complete a precinct that is as much about community life as it is about commerce — a true live-work-play destination, tailored to the people and place it serves.
