This flagship project establishes a comprehensive entertainment and retail destination within a single architectural Master Plan — integrating a vibrant retail and dining precinct, a dedicated indoor sports and recreation centre, and a world-class hotel delivered in collaboration with KP Architects on facade and layout.
The retail and dining precinct anchors the development with a mix of offerings, the hotel boasts recreational spaces including indoor dining, outdoor beer gardens with performance stages, arcade facilities, bowling lanes, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and virtual baseball simulators. A separate 6,000m² indoor play centre and food precinct further expands the offering, creating an entertainment hub that serves both tourists and the local community.
Our design approach addressed significant site constraints, including flood mitigation through suspended slab construction for buildings and car parking, building frontage treatments with carefully designed awning systems, and flexible tenant fit-out provisions to ensure future adaptability.
The result is a destination that balances commercial viability with architectural quality — delivering diverse amenities that enhance the region's hospitality offering while meeting genuine community needs.
