Kinsellas Sports Complex currently provides district level soccer and rugby league fields and has a membership base of 3 clubs and 1000 participants.
Open Architecture Studio has designed an extension to the existing clubhouse facilities, including spectator viewing deck, bench seats, shaded terraced seating and adjoining accessible ramp.
Open designed an elegant and efficient concept that reduced the number of structural columns to improve spectator viewing and cleverly integrated trees and other plantings to provide a cool and shaded terrace.

The outcome of the project is more functional spectator seating conducive to the large crowds that visit the complex, protection from the elements and increased accessibility.
